This website is operated by Bokföringsbyrå Lundström Ab, a limited company registered in Finland under Business ID 0519474-8, EU VAT number FI05194748, with its registered office at Nybrovägen 9, 04130 Sipoo, Finland. The company has been entered in the Finnish Trade Register since 03.02.1983 and has held its present name and limited-company form since 01.04.2018. 2. Who these services are for
Bokföringsbyrå Lundström Ab provides services to businesses, associations, foundations and other organisations with accounting or reporting obligations in Finland. This website is not directed at consumers, and nothing on it is an offer of a consumer service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
3. Services we provide
Subject to a signed engagement letter, we provide:
- statutory bookkeeping and financial reporting under Finnish accounting standards, and IFRS reporting packages for group consolidation;
- corporate income tax and VAT compliance, and written tax advisory;
- payroll administration and Incomes Register reporting;
- management and business advisory;
- audit file preparation and liaison with your appointed auditor;
- company formation and corporate secretarial support.
4. Services we expressly do not provide
So there is no ambiguity: Bokföringsbyrå Lundström Ab does not provide, offer or arrange any of the following, and no page of this website should be read as doing so. It does not perform statutory audits and holds no KHT, HT or JHT authorisation, since the Tilintarkastuslaki 1141/2015 (Finnish Auditing Act) does not permit the party keeping the accounts to issue the audit opinion on those accounts. It is not a bank, credit institution, payment institution, e-money institution, investment firm, fund manager or insurance intermediary; it does not hold, receive or transmit client funds, and it offers no deposits, lending, consumer credit, debt collection, payment services, money transfer, currency exchange, crypto-asset services, securities trading, portfolio management or investment advice. It does not offer legal representation, immigration advice, medical advice, gambling or adult services, and it does not design, market or implement arrangements whose main purpose is to obtain a tax advantage contrary to the object of the law.
5. No guaranteed outcome
Nothing on this website is a promise of a particular financial or tax result. We do not guarantee a tax saving, a refund, an assessment outcome, a funding decision, a level of profit or any other commercial result, and we do not charge fees calculated as a share of tax saved. Any figure produced by the statutory scope estimator on this site is an indication generated from the values you entered — it is not tax advice, not a fee quote and not a statement of your actual obligations, which depend on your full accounts and are confirmed only in writing after review.
6. Information on this website is general
The content here describes services and summarises Finnish statutory requirements in general terms. It is not advice on your situation and must not be relied on as such. Law and practice change; we take reasonable care to keep this site current but do not warrant that every statement is accurate at the moment you read it. An advisory relationship arises only when an engagement letter is signed by both parties.
7. Your obligations as a client
Where we are engaged, the quality of our work depends on what you give us. You undertake to provide complete and accurate records within agreed deadlines, to tell us about anything that materially affects the accounts, and to make the decisions that belong to management — we prepare, advise and file, but the responsibility for the company’s accounts and returns remains with its management under the Osakeyhtiölaki 624/2006.
8. Fees
No prices are published on this website, because scope varies. Fees are agreed in the engagement letter before work begins, based on the work actually required. A first consultation is free of charge and creates no obligation on either side.
9. Confidentiality
Information you give us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except where you instruct us to, where a statutory obligation requires it, or where disclosure is necessary to your appointed auditor or the authorities in connection with the work. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability arising out of an engagement is limited as set out in the engagement letter for that engagement. We accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of general information published on this website in the absence of an engagement, or for the content of third-party websites linked from here.
11. Intellectual property
The text, design, code and graphics on this website belong to Bokföringsbyrå Lundström Ab unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and quote from it with attribution; you may not republish it as your own or use it to train a commercial model without written permission. Map data on the Contact page is © OpenStreetMap contributors.
12. Availability
We aim to keep this website available and correct but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and may update these terms; the version published here at the time of your visit is the one that applies.
13. Governing law
These terms and any engagement are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Itä-Uusimaa (Itä-Uudenmaan käräjäoikeus), Finland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
