Two founding dates, and why both matter
You will see two dates attached to this company. The business has been in the Finnish Trade Register since 3 February 1983 — that is 43 years — but the present legal form and the name Bokföringsbyrå Lundström Ab date from 1 April 2018, when the original limited partnership was converted into a limited company.
